For pre-revenue startups, we sometimes accept a partial equity component (2–5%) in lieu of a portion of cash fees, at our discretion based on team and market assessment. Not available for all projects — discuss on strategy call.

Always testnet first — at least 4–6 weeks of testnet before mainnet. Testnet reveals: integration bugs, gas estimation errors, user flow friction, and edge cases your tests didn't catch. Mainnet bugs with real user funds are expensive (financially and reputationally). The additional 4–6 weeks of testnet is the best investment in a blockchain project.
