Aave Institutional (Aave Arc Architecture)
After the Aave Arc experiment (permissioned Aave pools), Aave's institutional strategy has evolved. The current architecture: Aave v3's 'Isolation Mode' and 'eMode' allow sophisticated risk parameters for specific asset pairs — enabling institutional-grade risk management without a full separate deployment. For truly permissioned institutional access: Aave's GHO stablecoin and Aave V3 can be deployed in a permissioned configuration where all participants must pass KYC via an on-chain attestation.
