DeFi protocol architecture experience (AMM, lending, perpetuals)

Formal verification experience (Certora, Halmos)

Interview process:

Technical screen: 30-min call about past protocol work

Code review: review a real protocol's code for vulnerabilities (1 hour)

System design: design a lending protocol from scratch (1 hour with whiteboard)

Cultural/team fit: 30-min with team lead

Web3 Frontend Engineer

Level: Mid-Senior (2+ years Web3 experience)

Compensation: $140,000–$190,000

Required:

React/Next.js proficiency

viem or ethers.js experience

Wallet connection (RainbowKit or wagmi)

Understanding of: gas estimation, transaction lifecycle, multicall patterns

Strong plus:

The Graph subgraph integration

ERC-4337 smart account UX patterns

WalletConnect v2 integration

Experience with real-time blockchain data (WebSocket, event listeners)

Blockchain Infrastructure/DevOps

Level: Senior

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000

Required:

Kubernetes/Docker for blockchain node deployment
